サントノは厳密にはムルソー村に位置しますが、赤はヴォルネイの特徴に近いため、その名を名乗ることが認められている区画です。1987年植樹、0.25ha。深みのあるルビー色から、熟したブラックチェリーやプラムのアロマに、スミレやスパイス、ほのかな土の香りが調和します。口当たりは丸みがあり、確かなストラクチャーと豊かな果実味が持ち味。力強さの中のエレガンスが長い余韻へ。赤身肉や風味の強いチーズと。

Tasting note
Deep ruby color. Ripe black cherry and plum aromas are harmoniously combined with violets, spices and a hint of earth. On the palate it is well-rounded and well-structured. Characterized by a rich fruitiness, it has a sense of elegance even in its strength, and continues on with a long aftertaste. With ageing, it has the potential to develop more complex flavors.
