The grapes grown in the rich soil, which is a mixture of limestone and sand, are carefully hand-picked and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a gorgeous aroma of apricots and white peaches, a full-bodied fruitiness and a smooth texture. The moderate acidity and minerality tighten the flavor.

Tasting Notes
A beautiful straw yellow colour with golden highlights, it has a very clear and brilliant appearance.
It has a very expressive nose, with aromas of ripe white fruits such as white peach and apricot, which change to nuances of dried fruit and almond when exposed to air.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a soft, expansive flavor with a supple attack.
The flavors of ripe peach and apricot stand out, and a subtle minerality tightens the overall flavor.

The vineyards of Bessey and Chavanay, located on the Verlieu plain.

brewing

All grapes are hand-picked and sorted directly in the vineyard.
After cold pressing and racking, the wine is fermented with wild yeasts at a low temperature of about 15°C.
Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation then take place in the barrel, and the wine is then aged in barrels for eight months without batonnage (stirring of the lees).
