The grapes are hand-picked. Fermented whole-cluster in wooden barrels. Aged for 28 to 32 months in new French oak barrels. A clear cherry garnet color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe fruit, minerals, and balsamic notes, which increase in intensity with the movement of the glass. On the palate, the wine exhibits rounded tannins and a firm structure, revealing aromas of roasted and toasted bread, cocoa, and spice.

Tasting Notes
A clear cherry garnet color. The nose opens with aromas of ripe fruit, minerals and balsamic notes, which increase in intensity as the glass is moved. In the mouth, the wine displays rounded tannins and a firm structure, revealing aromas of roasted and toasted bread, cocoa and spices (vanilla and clove).
