Tasting notes
A deep purple-red color. A delicate and complex nose with red fruits, blueberries, black currants, thyme, and mint. The attack is rich and delicate. The finish is remarkably long, and the tannins are elegant.

Pairing
Beef ribs, scrambled eggs with truffles

Production

The grapes are destemmed and then vinified separately for each variety.
Long-term maceration is carried out for 4 to 5 weeks, and the cap is removed by punching down.
The wines were blended at the end of winter and aged in oak barrels for 18 months before bottling.
