紋章上繪師の波戸場承龍氏・耀鳳氏が家紋をモチーフに描いたラベルを冠する、日本限定のマグナムです。淡いゴールドの色合いにシルバーの光沢が重なり、繊細な泡がゆっくりと立ち上ります。フローラルな第一印象にアーモンドとトーストしたパンのニュアンスが寄り添い、口当たりは滑らかでシルキー。みずみずしい柑橘やいちじくにユーカリのタッチが華やぎを添えます。12〜14度で、ラングスティーヌのロティとともに。
Tasting note
It features a beautiful pale gold color with a clear silver luster, and delicate, slowly rising bubbles for an elegant look. The first impression is a floral scent, followed by a complex aroma of almonds and toasted bread. The sophisticated scent blossoms. The taste is smooth. It is refreshing, silky and delicate. The taste of fresh citrus pulp and figs is enhanced by a touch of eucalyptus. The aftertaste is also wonderful, with a refreshing saltiness.
Food pairing
As an aperitif extension, we had pineapple carpaccio and roti langoustine. The ideal serving temperature is cave temperature (12-14°C). It goes perfectly with the John Dory roti.

This product is sold exclusively in Japan and features a label designed by crest artists Shoryu Hatoba and Yoho Hatoba, with a family crest motif.
In order to pass on the quality and identity of the Maison, which has been passed down from Carole Duval-Leroy to her sons, to the next generation, traditional Japanese design has been combined with a modern sensibility to depict the universe in a beautiful and elegant way.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
