Tasting notes
Pale golden color. Complex aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle, and flint. On the palate, notes of pink grapefruit, apple, and white stone fruit follow. It features a concentrated structure with vibrant acidity and a finish of orange peel.

It pairs perfectly with spicy dishes. Perfect pairing with strong Asian spices. Especially with spiced grilled duck.

Production

The Nuala series' first organic certified wine. Hand-harvested, it undergoes low-temperature fermentation (15°C), with sugar levels controlled at 9 g/L to balance the distinctive high acidity of Central Otago. No fining is applied. Bio certified.
