Femmes de Champagne 1996 is a champagne with an excellent balance between the ripe aromas obtained from long aging on the lees and the vintage's typical acidity. You can enjoy the rich flavors of apples, oven-baked prunes, almond financiers, cassis liqueur and grilled coconut. It is certainly not the most powerful champagne of the 1996 vintage, but it is extremly delicate. You can enjoy the rich and sparkling fruit flavors with a long finish.

Pairing
Aromas of brioche, vanilla, and fine wood alternate with citrus fruits such as lemon and mandarin. In the mouth, it has a delicate attack followed by a silky textured touch and an endless finish.
