Tasting Notes
Appearance: Shiny yellow
Nose: Initially it has a citrus scent, then a freshly baked bread scent, which gives way to floral and yellow fruit aromas (peach, apricot, quince).
Taste: In the mouth, the intoxicating flavour of hazelnut is enveloped in floral notes of honeysuckle, followed immediately by delicate aromas of mandarin orange peel.

Technical Data

- The harvested grapes are vinified in separate plots
- Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures
- Yeast: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (commonly used as budding yeast and baker's yeast)
- Malolactic fermentation is carried out

- 15% of the blend is aged in oak barrels
