2002 is an unforgettable vintage, following in the footsteps of 1990, 1995, 1996 and 2000. Brioche, vanilla, and woody aromas alternate with citrus fruits such as lemon and mandarin. A delicate attack followed by a silky touch and an endless aftertaste.

Production

The grapes are growing well. They are rich in sugar and have a good acidity. They are mainly affected by north and east winds, and there is very little rain except in August, so the ground surface is dry. They are harvested in mid-September.

20% of the blend is aged in oak barrels to give it a firm structure and silky texture. Half of the blend is aged on the lees. Non-dosé.
