Tasting notes
Elegant and brilliant golden yellow in colour. Delicate aromas of citrus, white fruit and white flowers with hints of honey and hazelnuts. On the palate it is round and creamy. The citrus and white fruit flavours are balanced with a light mineral and vanilla touch.

Pairing
It pairs beautifully with mild fish such as halibut, salmon or cod, or simply cooked chicken or quail, quid or vegetable tarts, mushroom soufflés and mild cheeses such as Brie, Morbier or Cantal.
