Grapes grown in fields rich in limestone are carefully hand-picked, fermented with natural yeast, and aged for a long time in the bottle. This wine has zero dosage and stands out for its clear fruitiness and sharp minerality. The delicate bubbles burst in your mouth, and the refreshing aroma of lemon and green apple is in harmony with a subtle saltiness. This is a crisp, dry and elegant wine.

Tasting Notes
After countless bubbles appear, a delicate ring of bubbles remains.
It has a slight golden hue with a greenish glow.
The first impression is a subtle blend of honey, white fruits, citrus and dried herbs.
The blend of blood orange, verbena and acacia gives off a root vegetable-like hint that pairs well with food.
On the palate, the lively bubbles enhance the acidity, creating a fresh attack.
The aftertaste is firmed by a taut acidity and the delicate scent of bergamot spreads.
