Tasting notes
A very sophisticated and dynamic Franciacorta, opening with fresh herbs notes and citrus skin, followed by crispy yellow apple and delicate notes of butter, toasted bread and minerals. The palate is dry, lively, and elegant. Well-structured and nicely balanced, with a vertical tension given by its fruity acidity. The perlage is tastefull, fine and creamy. Persistent and nicely harmonic.

Pairing
Vegetable dishes, white fish.

Production

Manual harvesting, followed by a soft pressing. Blend of different reserved vintages 2017-2018 and 2019 aged in steel tanks and barrique, together with the wine coming from the current harvest. Re-fermentation in bottle and 3 years bottle ageing.
