Collection: Azienda Agricola Carla Vittoria

Bianchi Filippo's “Carla Vittoria” winery in Erbusco, Franciacorta (Italy) was born in 2007 by the first vineyard plantations, and in 2010 by the construction of the wine cellar.

The winery property is composed by 4 hectares vineyarsd in the hills of Monterotondo, municipality of Provaglio d'Iseo, cultivating all the three Franciacorta grape varieties: Pinot Bianco, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.

Vinification in steel tanks and barrique, and subsequent storage of the wines for several years, in order to have reserve stocks which will then be assembled together with current vintage wine, creating a special “assemblage” prior to re-fermentation. Total production: 5000 bottles of one single category of wine: Franciacorta Brut.

The product is always a cuvee of several vintages and a bled of the grapes (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) assembled together, which ages for minimum of 3 years in the bottle.
