This cuvée was created in partnership with around six winegrowers from nearby villages, all of whom also practice organic farming or are in the process of converting to organic farming. Perfect for sipping while enjoying a pleasant meal in the sun with friends, this wine is full of fruit, roundness and joy. It perfectly captures the simple pleasures of life: "to eat, drink and laugh." Aromas of cherry jam, red fruits, black pepper, charcoal and licorice. Fresh and juicy on the palate.

Technical Data

The grapes were destemmed and fermented for three weeks in stainless steel tanks with domestic yeasts, then aged for six months in concrete vats.
