牛の名を冠した、ビタースイートな赤。
Laisは造り手が飼うカタルーニャ産ジャージー牛の名。カルスのテロワールの多様性を象徴する存在として、ラベルに描かれています。アイリスの花を思わせる香りに、ブラックベリーやブルーベリーのような酸。フルーティーでフローラルな味わいが口中に広がり、低硫黄の造りゆえの滑らかな口当たりが酸をやわらかく包みます。後味には石を思わせるニュアンス。赤肉のソース仕立てや子牛のトマト煮と。オーガニック認証取得。
Tasting note
A lovely bittersweet wine with an iris-like floral aroma and blackberry, blueberry and black raspberry-like acidity. Fruity and floral flavors spread in the mouth, and the low sulfur formulation of the pitons gives it a smooth mouthfeel and a veil of acidity that then spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is stony.

Lais is the name of Olivier's Jersey cow from Catalonia. The cow is on the label as a symbol of the diversity of the terroir of Calz. It has a very lovely bitter-sweet impression. It has an iris flower-like aroma, and the acidity is like black fruit. The fruity and floral flavor spreads in the mouth, and the smooth mouthfeel wraps the acidity in a veil, then spreads in the mouth. It is a fusion of fresh fruitiness and rich elegance.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
