Laisはオリヴィエが飼うカタルーニャ産の牛の名で、カルスのテロワールの多様性を象徴してラベルに描かれています。淡いレモンイエローの色調から、白い花やアカシア、熟した洋梨、柑橘の皮が繊細に立ちのぼり、石灰や火打石のニュアンスが複雑さを添えます。マカブとグルナッシュ・ブランの重厚さに、グルナッシュ・グリの華やぎ。シスト土壌由来の塩味が骨格を引き締めます。ホタテのポワレや鱈のブランダードと。
Tasting note
Pale lemon yellow colour. From the glass, delicate nuances of white flowers, acacia, ripe pear, and citrus peel emerge, while mineral notes of lime and flint add complexity. The mouthfeel is supple yet firm, with an impressive firm structure that hints at the saltiness of the schist soil. Along with the ripe fruitiness, fresh acidity beautifully supports the overall flavor, and subtle nuances of vanilla and nuts from barrel aging add to the aftertaste. An elegant and well-balanced wine with long-lasting aging potential.

Lais is the name of Olivier's Catalan Jersey cow. The cow is featured on the label as a symbol of the diversity of the Cals terroir. A vibrant floral aroma spreads across the palate, with the macabe and Grenache Blanc providing a rich yet classic impression, maintaining an exquisite balance. The Grenache Gris offers floral notes, a stimulating citrus oil, and minerality. The salty and clear minerality lead to a stimulating finish.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
