Vincen Godier produces only 5,000 bottles annually across just three cuvées. This cuvée uses grapes from a plot next to Christophe Roumier's, resulting in a powerful yet rounded wine with fruity characteristics and a long finish.
Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Aromas of cherry, strawberry and cassis. A complex and elegant wine. Flavors of black fruit and spice spread. Powerful, yet with fine tannins. The aftertaste is wonderful.

Pairing
Great for roasted lamb, T-bones, duck breast, game or even strong cheeses.

Production

50% uses destemmed grapes. Before fermentation, low-temperature maceration is performed for one week. Alcohol fermentation takes place in a tank under temperature control, followed by long maceration. Aged for 15 months in oak barrels (30% new, 30% 1 year old, 30% 3 year old).
