This wine has a variety of fruit aromas with a spicy sweetness and a smooth taste. Remarkably high-quality and fresh, the spicy palate defines its uniqueness.

It goes well with a wide range of Mediterranean dishes, such as lamb stew and chicken tajine, as well as strawberry and chocolate cakes.

Production

No destemming. The fruit is carefully placed in small cement barrels for fermentation. The winemaking takes place in stainless steel barrels. Strict temperature control. No oak is used.
