Ex Arena means "born from the sand" in Latin. This cuvée combines a variety of fruit aromas with an elegant, spicy sweetness and a mellow finish. This exceptionally high-quality, fresh, and velvety Grenache wine pairs well with a wide range of Mediterranean dishes, including lamb stew, chicken tagine, and even strawberry and chocolate cake.

Technical Data

No destemming. The fruit is carefully placed in small cement barrels for fermentation. The winemaking takes place in stainless steel barrels. Strict temperature control. No oak is used.
