Ex Arenaはラテン語で「砂から生まれた」の意。グルナッシュ90%にムールヴェードルを少量加え、エレガントでスパイシーな甘みをまとった多彩なフルーツのアロマと、まろやかさを併せ持つキュヴェに仕上げています。良質でフレッシュ、ベルベットのように滑らかな飲み口が印象的。地中海料理に幅広く寄り添うほか、ラムシチューやチキンのタジン、ストロベリーやチョコレートケーキとも好相性です。オーガニック認証取得。

Winemaking & technical data

No destemming. The fruit is carefully placed in small cement barrels for fermentation. The winemaking takes place in stainless steel barrels. Strict temperature control. No oak is used.
