Its pale golden appearance reveals a subtle yet striking aroma as it pours into the glass, with a subtle smoky nuance and a harmonious blend of ripe white peach, pear, roasted nuts, and the minerality of flint.
In the mouth, the firm acidity and supple texture blend beautifully, and in addition to the fruitiness of the aroma, nuances of toast and vanilla unfold in a layered manner. The taste has the clarity and tension that is typical of Puligny-Montrachet, while the finish is long-lasting with a mineral and salty aftertaste.
