Tasting notes
A deep ruby color, when poured into a glass, it reveals a gorgeous aroma of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, layered with subtle hints of spice and earth, creating a complex yet approachable fragrance.
The palate is soft, with a strong fruitiness right from the attack, and a refreshing acidity that tightens the overall flavor.
The tannins are already integrated and the texture is rounded, making the overall taste pleasant.
The aftertaste is lightly flavored with cherry, leading to a light yet impressive finish.

Soil: clay-limestone

Winemaking
Aged in barrels with an extremely low proportion of new oak (maximum 5-year-old barrels).
After aging on the lees for several months, the wine is racked by natural gravity and bottled without filtration.
