Semi-carbonic maceration, whole-cluster fermentation, concrete tanks. Aromas of cherry, rosehip, and raspberry. A medium-bodied, light, and lively wine. The fresh, fruity flavor is nicely balanced by chalky tannins. Pure and very easy to drink, the freshness is outstanding.
