全房でのセミカルボニック・マセラシオンを、コンクリートタンクで。チェリーやローズヒップ、ラズベリー、野イチゴの華やかな香りが立ち上がります。ミディアムボディで軽やかにいきいきとし、果実をかじったような瑞々しさをチョーキーなタンニンが程よく引き締める。ピュアで飲みやすく、骨格のある深い余韻。有機栽培のガメイ100%。鴨のローストや豚肉のグリル、キノコのタルトとともに。
