The Cabernet Franc is aged in conical concrete tanks. It has a tense taste with floral expression typical of limestone sandy soil. The young vines in the vineyard produce a pleasant, fruity wine with aromas of raspberry, red currant and blackcurrant. The Chinon is supple and flavorful with well-integrated tannins. It can be enjoyed immediately, but will improve with a few years of aging.
