Deep garnet to purple-tinged colour.

Swirling the glass first reveals terroir nuances such as "cultivated earth" and "crushed rock," followed by layered fruit aromas of licorice, ripe plum, blackcurrant, kirsch, and wild blueberry.

The medium to full-bodied palate offers a complex development of black and red fruits, rounded out by flashes of exotic spice, truffle, cinnamon and minerals.

The tannins are very fine and smooth, elegant and powerful, with a long, lingering finish with earthy/mineral notes.

An intelligent and multi-layered wine with great aging potential.
