Tasting notes
The sophisticated aroma is impressive, with notes of red fruits such as raspberry and red currant layered with nuances of violet, licorice, and cedar.

The mouthfeel is silky smooth with supple tannins and smooth acidity.

From the middle of the palate, complex flavors of toast, graphite, and damp earth spread, leading to a long, refined finish.

This is a well-balanced wine that can be enjoyed young, but also has the potential to develop depth with age.

Roasted lamb (with rosemary flavor), truffle risotto, aged cheese (Comte 24 months, etc.)
