2024年にわずか70樽で初リリースされたハイライ・ストレートバーボンです。インディアナ州ローレンスバーグで蒸留し、ボンデッド倉庫の深くチャーしたオーク樽で最低7年熟成。冷却濾過は行っていません。1897年制定のボトルド・イン・ボンド法の基準を、必要熟成期間を3年上回って満たした一本。砂糖漬けのドライフルーツやポートワインの香りに、トーストしたオークとキャラメル、そして長いメープルの余韻。
Tasting note
Seven years of aging bring remarkable depth and complexity. Aromas of candied dried fruits and rich port wine intertwine with layers of toasted oak, caramel, and brown sugar sweetness. Nuances of spicy herbs and leather further enhance its profound character. Velvety smooth in texture with a warming, fireside-like richness, the long finish unfolds gracefully with notes of maple and mature oak.

First released in 2024 in an extremely limited production of just 70 barrels, High Rye Straight Bourbon is distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and aged for a minimum of seven years in deeply charred oak barrels within bonded warehouses. Non-chill filtered to preserve its full richness and complexity, it exceeds the strict requirements of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897 by three additional years of aging.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
