Las Manas is a traditional event celebrated every year on December 7th in Samaniego. Young people burn manas (bundles of lavender) throughout the town to drive away evil spirits. This cuvée fully expresses the charm of Tempranillo from the El Chorro region, reminiscent of Syrah from the Rhône. Every year it receives high praise from influential critics. The vineyards are located in the village of Baños de Ebro, Samaniego, at an altitude of 650-700m, stretching from north to south.

Deep cherry color with violet hues. Fruity, floral, herbal, lactic and sweet spice aromas. Deep, structured, fruity and long-lasting.

After being selected on a sorting table, the grapes are destemmed and poured by gravity into 10,000kg stainless steel tanks. Natural malolactic fermentation takes place in 500L French oak tanks.
