Las Mañas is a traditional event celebrated every year on December 7th in Samaniego. Young people burn "mañas" (bundles of lavender) throughout the town to drive away evil spirits. This cuvée perfectly expresses the charm of Tempranillo from the El Cholo region, reminiscent of Rhône's Syrah. It receives high praise every year from influential critics. The vineyard is located in the village of Baños de Ebro, Samaniego, at an altitude of 650-700 meters, stretching north to south.
