The aroma combines the delicate spice of green peppers and nutmeg with nuances of white flowers, green apples, and subtle herbs, giving it a fresh and sophisticated impression.

Technical Data

Cultivation
The clusters are medium-sized, conical to cylindrical, and the berries are medium-sized, rounded, speckled, golden-green in color, and aromatic.
Training method: Double Cappuccina training, leaving 8-10 buds.
Harvest time: late September.

Vinification
The destemmed grapes undergo a long maceration in a cooled pneumatic press to extract antioxidants from the skins, which are known to be beneficial to human health, before fermentation takes place under temperature control.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel tanks with lees for 6 to 7 months.
