A Premier Cru vineyard where the tension of minerals intersects with the richness of Meursault

This Meursault, born from the Premier Cru "Les Pollusoz," combines delicacy and depth. Aromas of white flowers, pears, and nuts are harmoniously combined with the dense minerality of the clay-limestone soil. With its sharp acidity and beautiful, full-bodied fruit, this wine can be enjoyed young, but also develops depth with age. It pairs well with a wide range of dishes, from seafood to white meat.

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
When poured into a glass, the gentle aroma of white flowers, ripe pears and yellow peaches is layered with nuances of nuts and hazelnuts typical of Meursault.

In the mouth, the attack is delicate and sharp.
The fruit gradually develops and the dense minerality of the clay-limestone soil spreads, resulting in a very balanced taste. The finish has a subtle buttery and salty flavor, and it has the elegance of a refined first growth vineyard, Les Pollusots.

Its freshness when young is appealing, but it is also a wine that you can expect to develop greater depth with age.

Pairing
Sole meunière, sautéed scallops in white wine cream sauce, chicken stewed in cream (Blanquette de Veau style)
