In addition to white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, and pear, there is also an elegant toasted aroma reminiscent of hazelnuts and brioche.

When you put it in your mouth, the dense, taut acidity and powerful minerals from the clay-limestone soil spread, giving you a sense of overwhelming scale and depth.

The finish is extremely long, with a quiet lingering saltiness and umami, making this a wine worthy of being called the pinnacle of white Burgundy.
