This elegant, natural red wine is made from Cencibel (Tempranillo) grapes grown on old vines at an altitude of 700 meters, fermented with wild yeast. Aging in a tinaja allows the purity of the fruit and minerality to shine through. Aromas of cherry and violet are complemented by subtle hints of spice and earth. Its smooth texture and delicate finish make it an appealing choice.

The appearance is a deep cherry red, with sparkling garnets and rubies on the rim, giving it a rich impression.
The aroma is centered around red fruits and cherries, with a balsamic nuance reminiscent of menthol and the scent of Mediterranean shrubs such as thyme and rosemary.
The pure aroma of the fruit stands out.
On the palate, the silky texture, lively acidity, and concentrated fruitiness are impressive.
Along with the flavor of ripe red fruits, the tannins reminiscent of grape skin blend with the acidity, leaving a long finish. The more you drink, the more you will want to take another sip, making this a supple wine with a deep flavor.

Technical Data

Cultivation
Cencibel (Tempranillo) from the "Las Tinadas" plot, planted in 1956.
It is grown using the Goblet method and maintained by hand grafting.
The old vineyards are dry farmed for low yields and organic farming is practiced.

Vinification
All harvesting is done by hand and packed into small 15kg boxes.
After the initial sorting in the field, the bunches and berries are carefully selected on a sorting table at the winery.
