The grapes grown on the clay-limestone east-facing slopes have natural drainage and plenty of sunlight, resulting in concentrated fruit. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented and aged in barrels, resulting in a rich aroma and full-bodied flavor. The wine has a gorgeous fruity aroma, refreshing acidity, and a delicate salty aftertaste.

Tasting notes
The colour is pale with a slight greenish sheen.
The aroma is complex and powerful, with floral notes of white flowers, fruity notes of apricot and pear, and even exotic nuances of pineapple.
The taste is fresh, round and smooth.
The aftertaste has a pleasant acidity and a hint of saltiness.

Soil characteristics: clay-limestone soil, located on the eastern slope of the site, offering natural drainage and optimal sunlight to bring out the characteristics of the white grape varieties. Pruning method: Sauvignon Blanc: Double Guyot. Semillon: Cordon.
Planting density: 7,200 trees per hectare
Average age of vines: 30 years
Field management: Traditional farming methods, soil mechanized.
