It has more than just the name "Cerise" (cherry); you can also find it in the aroma! A real buddy wine, gourmet, light, and fruity. It's also round on the palate with a beautiful persistence, a slightly spicy finish, and refreshing acidity. Its problem: it's a pleasure to drink, but too quickly! Oops, it's gone!

Tasting notes
Light garnet color, beautiful fruit on the nose, notes of ripe stone fruits like Morello cherries, blackberries, and licorice stick. The palate is gourmet and crunchy, with the aromas perceived on the nose. An enticing wine.

Production

Low temperature fermentation prior to fermentation, gentle extraction and light daily pump-overs during alcoholic fermentation.
The batting time is short, at just 6 days, to preserve only the fruit flavor. The wine is bottled in January of the following year.

La Croix Gratiot

The 33-hectare vineyard is located on the clay-limestone hills surrounding the Thau Basin, benefiting from the sea breezes and the scents of the garrigue. This terroir is rich in colors: the reds and yellows of the clay-limestone soil, the greens of the garrigue, and the blues of the sky and the Thau lagoon. The Mediterranean climate allows the grapes to reach optimal ripeness and fully express their typicity.
