Rivesaltes Ambre NV Les Terres de Fagaira
Tasting note
Amber with a coppery glow. The aroma is captivating, blending hints of dried fruits such as apricot and fig with nuances of honey, caramel and walnut. The palate is smooth, rich and highly complex, with aromas of candied orange peel, confectionery and a touch of spice. The finish is long and fresh, with subtle oxidative nuances.
Food pairing
Roquefort cheese salad, mild shrimp curry with coconut milk, Tarte Tatin
