This orange wine combines the aromas of white fruit and candied fruit with a spicy finish. Its rich aroma is complemented by the impression of citrus fruits such as orange and lime. The taste is elegant with just the right amount of acidity, and lasts from a fresh first impression to a long finish. Combining the aromas of sweet fruit with spicy notes, it pairs well with cheese and is also ideal for adding a new dimension to Asian cuisine.

Tasting Notes
The floral aromas of Muscat are delicately expressed through long maceration. The beautiful texture and fine tannins can be felt in the mouth, making this a wine that can be enjoyed both as an aperitif and with meals.

Tabbouleh (couscous salad) and herb chicken
Seafood carpaccio (scallops, sea bass, etc.) with citrus dressing
Fresh spring rolls (with shrimp, herbs and peanut sauce)

Technical Data

brewing
After hand-harvesting in July, the grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks for five months.
During this time, regular remontage (liquid circulation) and punching (stirring) are carried out.
Less than 1g residual sugar.

Aging
Aged for a further 5 months in foudres (large barrels) that have been used for 3 years.
Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
