村の中心にある区画で、アリヌの祖母の家のそばの畑から生まれた、過去の労働と惜しみない努力へのオマージュとして造られたワイン。100% 大樽（アルザス産フードル）熟成。総生産量： 2,075本。レモンのニュアンスとミネラル感が繊細に漂う香り。口に含むと非常に長い余韻とエネルギーに満ち、まるで石のようにピュアな味わい。

About the Winery

Domaine Aline Beauné

It all started 40 years ago with the installation of Aline's mother on her great-grandfather vines. At the time, the grapes were dedicated to the cooperative. Little by little, thanks to her courage, her determination and her investment alongside her father-in-law, the plot grew. After 15 years as an oenologist at the Domaine de la Crée in Côte d'Or, in 2018 Aline decided to make her own wine. Today the estate covers 5 ha and Aline vinifies and sells 1.5 ha of the property.
