濃縮感と力強さを備えた、長期熟成に向くプルミエ・クリュです。深みのあるルビー色。ブラックチェリーやラズベリーを思わせる赤黒系果実の香りに、ほのかなスミレとスパイスが重なります。口に含むと、なめらかでしなやかなタンニンが骨格を支え、豊かな果実味とバランスの取れた酸が長い余韻へと導きます。樽由来のトースト香が複雑味を加え、エレガンスと深みを感じさせる仕上がり。ジビエの赤ワイン煮込みと。
Tasting note
It has a deep ruby color and a delicate yet powerful aroma. The aroma of red and black fruits, reminiscent of black cherry and raspberry, is layered with subtle nuances of violet and spice. On the palate, smooth and supple tannins support the structure, while the rich fruit and balanced acidity lead to a long finish. The toasty aroma from the oak adds complexity, resulting in a finish that exudes the elegance and depth of a mature Pinot Noir.

Exuberant fruit aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry, shaded with a touch of spice and oak. The palate is supple, with fine-grained tannins and beautiful acidity drawing the whole taut. It has the depth and elegance one expects of a Premier Cru, and the long, refined finish confirms a wine of real completeness.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
