Quaternary clay soil with little stone content. Long maceration of 7 weeks in concrete tanks. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Structured and firm tannins. Beautiful and exotic aromas of blackberry, cassis, pepper and kirsch, candied orange, pepper and garrigue. Very well-balanced, medium to full-bodied with a silky mouthfeel. Rich, concentrated and well-balanced on the palate.

Soil type: Quaternary, low stony content. The plot is located in the Gigondas appellation, on low terraced land, in an area known as Les Soutaillades.
