Beautiful and exotic aromas of black raspberry, kirsch, candied orange, violet, pepper, and garrigue. This wine is very well-balanced, showcasing a medium to full-body with a silky texture.

Production

Vinification: Blended after tanking. Long fermentation in concrete tanks for 7 weeks. Aging: Approximately 12 months in oak barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration.

Soil type: Quaternary, low stony content. The plot is located in the Gigondas appellation, on low terraced land, in an area known as Les Soutaillades.
