This 100% organic Carignan red wine is made from grapes from old vines grown on schist soil and vinified without the addition of sulfites. Its aromas of dark fruit and roasted coffee, its rich, pure fruit flavor, and soft tannins combine to create a taste that is both fresh and complex. A truly magical wine.

It has a great balance of length, minerality and richness with subtlety, and the nose offers notes of spice, black olive, smoke and cedar, with great complexity and an impressive level of quality.

Technical Data

Traditional fermentation in demi-muids with wild yeasts for 30-40 days. Aging in old wooden barrels for one year to avoid disturbing the lees. No filtration.
