AOPジゴンダス内の下部テラス状の区画から生まれる赤。フルボディで驚くほどのテクスチャーを備えながら、継ぎ目のないエレガントな味わいにまとまっています。肉付きのよいダークフルーツに、南ローヌらしい甘草、ローストしたハーブ、スパイスボックスのニュアンス。シルキーな口当たりとよく熟したタンニン、塩味を帯びた長い余韻にムールヴェードル由来の旨みが宿ります。有機栽培。牛肉の赤ワイン煮や仔羊と。

Full-bodied and incredibly textured, yet seamlessly elegant, this wine offers rich dark fruit, classic Southern Rhone licorice, roasted herbs, and spice box notes. It has a silky texture, ripe tannins, and a long, saline finish, showcasing the depth and umami of the Mourvedre.
