This first-class vineyard has only had five owners (Armand Rousseau, Louis Jadot, Sylvie Esmonin, Bruno Clair, and Fourier). It is said that the vineyard supplied grapes to Leroy until the 1980s, and that the grapes are obtained from old biodynamic vines by his wife, Sylvie Esmonin.
