An attractive, bright straw color with greenish hues. The powerful, complex, and elegant aroma combines citrus and herbaceous notes with classic fruity undertones, highlighting mineral and scrubland scents. The palate is smooth and well-balanced with excellent structure. It offers a strong mid-palate and a long-lasting finish, leaving a detailed aromatic memory and the characteristic final bitterness of the Verdejo variety.

Tasting notes
This wine is characterized by its freshness, rich aromas, and vibrant acidity. The fusion of fruit and spice creates a concentrated scent that offers a complex bouquet. The finish is long, evoking notes of white fruits.

Pairing
This wine pairs well with snacks and appetizers. It complements seafood, pasta, rice, and white meats, as well as smoked soft cheese from Serano and jam. Serving temperature: 6-8°C.

Production

Harvesting: Cold maceration for 5-6 hours before pressing.
Fermentation: Temperature controlled in small stainless steel tanks.
Aged on the lees for at least 5-6 months.
