An attractive, light straw color with a green rim. The powerful, complex and elegant nose combines classic notes of citrus and grass with fruit, accentuated by mineral and undergrowth aromas. The palate is smooth and balanced with excellent structure. It has a powerful mid-palate and a very persistent finish, with a detailed aroma memory and the final bitterness that is characteristic of the Verdejo grape.

Tasting Notes
The wine is fresh, aromatic, full-bodied and blessed with lively acidity. The concentrated aroma combines fruit and spice, giving it a complex bouquet. The long finish is reminiscent of white fruits.

Pairing
This wine goes well with snacks and appetizers: seafood, pasta, rice, white meat, smoked Serrano soft cheese and jams. Consumption temperature: 6-8°C.

Technical Data

Harvesting: Cold maceration for 5-6 hours before pressing.
Fermentation: Temperature controlled in small stainless steel tanks.
Aged on the lees for at least 5-6 months.
