This cuvée was created in partnership with around six winegrowers from nearby villages, all of whom practice organic farming or are in the process of converting to organic farming. Perfect for sipping with friends over a pleasant meal in the sun, this wine is full of fruit, roundness, and joy. It perfectly captures the simple pleasures of life: eating, drinking, and laughing. Its beautiful yellow color, aromas and flavors of peach and vervain, and a fresh finish with a delightful finish.

Tasting Notes
Pale lemon yellow in appearance, when poured into a glass, the aroma of ripe fruits such as pear, white peach, and apricot is delicately layered with nuances of honey, verbena, and floral notes.
In addition, the mineral aroma reminiscent of wet stone and crushed rock tightens the overall flavor, giving a strong sense of the individuality of the land.

When you put it in your mouth, the fruit flavor spreads with a smooth texture,
Juicy and vibrant acidity forms the structure of the wine.
The mineral aftertaste lingers for a long time from the middle to the latter half of the palate, and the balanced composition is impressive.
