Les Combettes is joined by Les Genevrières, yet both produce entirely different wines. This wine has strong mineral feel with toasty notes. It often has a greater concentration compaRed to Genevrières, and this terroir takes a bit more time to express itself. Due to its south-facing exposure, it has greater aging potential.

A wine with a creamy texture, with sweet and sour aromas of flowers and balsamic notes. It has a rich, velvety mouthfeel, yet offers plenty of minerality. Floral and fresh, with a long, lingering finish.

About the Winery

Domaine Guillot - Broux

The estate was created in 1954 by Pierre and Jeannine GUILLOT. In 1978 their son, Jean-Gérard Guillot, came back to Cruzille town with his wife and they created Domaine Guillot – Broux with only 1 hectar of vines. Today Emmanuel et Patrice Guillot, the third generation, is taking care of the family business.
