Technical Data

Soil: A blend of two terroirs: Dopiac is a terraced vineyard on clay-calcareous slopes. Blue marl slope. Cocallière is a volcanic amphitheater built on limestone bedrock.

Brewing: Maceration and brewing are carried out in conical foudres.

Aging: 30 months in 400-600 liter barrels.
