We will be hosting a winemaker's dinner with Paola Sordo, owner and winemaker, and Paolo Clemente, Asia Export Manager, from Sordo in Piedmont, a renowned producer of eight cru Barolo vineyards.

The venue is Alveare, a hidden Italian restaurant in Motoazabu. The relaxed interior makes spending time with loved ones even more special. Chef Yuto Kanno prepares simple yet deeply flavorful dishes using seasonal ingredients. Enjoy a variety of luxurious dishes with lingering aftertastes, using carefully selected ingredients such as fresh fish delivered from fishing ports all over Japan, along with Sordo's Cru Barolo and back vintages.
