This wine, grown in a plot of 100-year-old Grenache vines, embodies the purity of the Fond du Lou terroir. Its vibrant ruby color and aromas of cherries preserved in kirsch and orange peel confit are characteristic. It has silky tannins and a rounded, elegant, and long finish. Technical Data

The stems are removed, the grapes are soaked in liquid to soften them, and then fermented in concrete tanks for three weeks, with daily pumping to allow the grapes to soften and extract the essence. The Grenache is aged in foudres for 18 months.
