The grapes are hand-picked from clay-silica soil mixed with gravel and sand, and vinified in conical concrete tanks. The mouthfeel is supple and rounded, with firm tannins and an elegant finish.

Tasting Notes
Bright color, delicate tannins, and a fruity, pleasant mouthfeel. A lovely red color reminiscent of cherries, the wine starts delicately and subtly with aromas of strawberry jam, gradually evolving into ripe plum, cinnamon, and gingerbread. The palate is supple and rounded, with a lingering, elegant finish with firm tannins. The overall balance is excellent. The delicacy is further accentuated by aromas of morello cherry and plum.

Technical Data

This cuvée reflects the terroir of "Cravant-les-Coteaux." The soil is clay-silica, mixed with gravel and sand. The harvest is manual. The Cabernet Franc is vinified in truncated-cone concrete tanks.
