Tasting notes
Bright color, fine tannins, fruity and pleasant on the palate. A cuvée that reflects the terroir of "Cravant-les-Coteaux". Clay-silica soil mixed with gravel and sand. Hand-picked. Cabernet Franc is vinified in conical concrete tanks. A pretty red color reminiscent of cherries, it starts off delicate and discreet with a scent of strawberry jam, gradually changing to ripe plum, cinnamon and gingerbread. The mouthfeel is supple and rounded, with a lingering, elegant taste with firm tannins. The overall balance is excellent. The delicacy is further emphasized by the aromas of morello cherries and plums.

Pairing
This is a delightful wine that pairs perfectly with charcuterie, grilled meats, goat cheese, sautéed cod fillets and home-roasted chicken.

Clos de la Niverdière

This vineyard was created in 2015 and is managed in organic farming (conversion in progress), with a very feminine sweetness... It is with a master hand that Martine Budé maternally protects her vines from mildew and powdery mildew. Respect for the terroir and maintaining the balance of life in the soil which favors the ecosystem are the priorities in order to be able to perpetuate its vineyard.
