Tasting notes
Taste of red cherries, with fresh fruit aromas that include notes of toast and cocoa. On the palate, it is fresh yet meaty, delivering a sense of volume. The finish is long and lingering.

Production

To maximize the potential of fresh fruit, the grapes are hand-harvested. The destemmed grapes are transported on a belt to small-capacity steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place under temperature-controlled conditions. Due to natural processing, there may be slight sediment in the bottle due to aging.
