Deep ruby color.

The aroma that rises from the glass is a blend of ripe black cherries and plums with nuances of dried herbs, black pepper, and licorice, combining the wildness and elegance that are characteristic of Monastrell.

When you put it in your mouth, the concentrated fruitiness spreads along with the supple tannins, and the firm acidity reminiscent of minerals supports the whole.

The aftertaste is long-lasting with flavors of spice and ripe fruit, and the pure taste that comes from natural production is impressive.

Technical Data

Cultivation

Monastrell from a single vineyard. Located in Villena, our own vineyard.

Made with grapes harvested at "Finca Chaconero".

The vineyard is located at an altitude of 600 meters, on sandy limestone soil, and the vines are 26 years old.

All management in the fields is environmentally friendly, and no pesticides, herbicides, or agricultural chemicals are used.

harvest

The grapes are hand-picked in small boxes to maximize the fresh fruit flavor.

After destemming, the grapes are dumped directly into small stainless steel tanks without being crushed using a conveyor belt.

Fermentation is temperature controlled with short and frequent pump-overs.

Due to the artisanal nature of this product, sediment may occur over time.

Vegan:

This vegan wine has been awarded the European V-Level certification by the Spanish Vegan Federation.

No animal-derived ingredients or by-products are used in the production of this wine.
